NNOSHA 'Act 2000" § 1433. Advisory Committee
The Agency may create Occupational Safety and Health Advisory Committee to assist the Agency in developing the proposed standards and regulations. Such Advisory Committee shall be appointed by the Agency Director and shall be comprised of persons with knowledge and expertise concerning the particular aspect of occupational safety and health for which they are appointed to assist the Agency. Such persons shall fairly represent a variety of regulated industries, including agriculture, whenever applicable, and include persons with general knowledge of occupational safety and health issues.
